Start learning a different position, for example Sit down can can or reverse can can circle - new position new knowledge.
Go to training with good mood.
During training:
arm's mat, be relaxed, properly inspired, changed more tricks.
Good luck !

There's a wrong way? It might be harder, but it's not wrong... I'm starting to get them the "wrong way". Just like standing circles, I tried practicing lots of scrapes and riding out the scrapes and recovering from them while maintaining the wheelie instead of just flopping down. That helped a lot. I'm usually a lot better the first couple I try, then they go to crap, then sometimes I get them again at the end of practice... go figure. At least I'm working on a bunch of other things simultaneously like flaming circles, what ever you call it when you come back, scrape and put one foot on the ground and then come back up (lol) Faster standing circles, and my stoppies are really starting to come together too!

I tried to jump to SS a couple times but just wasn't feeling it. My biggest problem is I rock the FB for all my sitdowns and it just feels weird to do them with the HB... I'll get it eventually, sure looks cool to see someone pop up a sitdown, then go into a sitting and standing straight line combo!

As crazy as it sounds. I found it easier to come In hot and fully commit. Lean I to it and stay on the gas.

Exactly what I have been doing. And gasing it even more when inside. Gets the thing to whip around and keep going!

I think the same holds true for standing circles as well.
