Thanks for the help/input guys, ordering a ape cct tonight from the ape site.
Gonna keep my fingers crossed that this also helps with this bog issue.

stock exhaust will give you the best low end and syncing the throttle bodies can never be a bad thing but i have seen a few people with 636's with no low end and no one has really come up with a good reason why , i know thats not a great answer but

had the same problem on my 636 i had a few years back,if you remember i posted a thread..in my case it ended up being a tired motor that burned a little bit of oil then alot then blew up at the lot overheated on a limiter burnout

fresh motor solved the bog
