plz help servo motor q's on 05-06 636
Posted by: smokey636 - 06-10-2009, 09:16 PM - Forum: Help and How To - No Replies

Well, I got an 05 636 with a stock pipe wich I like for lot riding, but when I got it for some reason the servo motor cables where unhooked from the canisters butterfly, and I left them like that, and it ended up snapping cables at other end where they hook up to servo motor, also servo broke, so anotha words I can't hook it up no longer. I've heard with tha stock pipe u need this hooked up for bottom end power, my bike feels weak, and like no engine break, or somn I'm riding a 63 tooth sprocket, is there anyway I can make my bike run how is supossed to without this servo being hooked up? Do I need a custom pipe instead? Do I need to trick computer some how? Plz help

 New rider from Vancouver Canada
Posted by: buddy lenzin - 06-08-2009, 06:12 PM - Forum: New Member? Start here! - Replies (6)

Hows it going all. I am a some what new rider (started riding the 04 636 last June) So I got a year under my belt on a proper stunt bike... I live just out side of Vancouver BC and ride with a great group of guys out here. There are about 10 or so guys who are out every weekend and theres some good talent with in it.

I also rock the 50 (more then the ninja) so that there is why I am not progessing as I should on the big bike....

I dont got many tricks in my bag yet but am hoping this summer will be a bit of a breakout one for me. Currently I only got staggered wheelies, foot in the seat wheelies, One handers, rolling burnouts, chain saws. and am currently working on circles....Recon circles that is... Sits downs...well I cant ride em at BP for long yet for some reason, I find I am still a bit choppy on the gas to keep em high..

In any case this is the site for of the pros, so I hope to learn a thing or two by being apart of it.

F4i issues...
Posted by: AntwanRTTG - 06-08-2009, 03:50 PM - Forum: Help and How To - Replies (9)

I am about to sell this damn thing if I can't get it figured out.
I just completely rebuilt an F4i and I can't figure out what's wrong with it. The bike runs great, I can ride down the street with quick throttle response and without hesitation. However, when I go to clutch it up from a dead stop...when I go to get back into the throttle, the bike boggs out and falls on its face. I have tried almost everything that I can think of. Anyone ever had this?

Here is what I have checked:
-ohmed the injectors
-new plugs
-thought it might be a gas cap issue because I have a vortex, so I tried a stock cap
-full of gas, half full of gas .... doesn't matter, same outcome
-checked all vacuum lines and routing
-I did the idle screw mod at first, figured that was what caused it so I put it back to stock
-tip over sensor has been removed and bypassed
-airbox has been modded to remove the PAIR valve
-I am going to try synching the TB's tonight and see what that does
