2004 Kawasaki Ninja 636

Selling one of my stunt bikes. I had intentions of finishing it and making it pretty but want a liter bike for the streets.

RSC Clutch Lever
RSC Clipons
Sick Innovations Subcage
Onpoint Crash Cage
Onpoint Round Bar
HoHey Big Rotor Kit Handbrake Setup
60t Sprocket
Vortex Gas Cap
05/06 636 Front Fork Conversion
905 Front Fairing Stay
DCP Radiator Cage with 2nd Fan on switch
HEL Steel Braided Brake lines all around

Also have plastics which are sanded a bit.
And Headlight.

Maybe some other parts.

Also photos have dif tank and subcage. These are not with the bike. I have sick subcage installed and the blue tank on it.

This bike has everything to be street legal besides turn signals and mirrors.

Bike is clean and clear title. (My intentions were to make it a street bike)

If bike doesn't sell within two weeks I will just keep it and make it a project bike for the winter.

My price is firm.

If somebody is interested in trading I would consider the following and have no issue adding money to the trade if trade is reasonable.

R6/R1 (must be new body style)
gsxr
954
zx10

That's it. Not interested in any other bikes, thank you.

Ohh and as of right now, I have a f4i single piston footbrake, but have bracket and caliper to make it like the setup in the photos.
636 bigger radiator upgrade? worth doing?
Posted by: GORBO - 11-15-2013, 12:48 PM - Forum: Help and How To - Replies (1)

Im helping my buddy build a 03-04 and we already know they have some overheating problems.
This is what we have already:

1) minty 03-04 radiator with 2nd r6 fan hooked up
2) ceramic coated headers inside and out
3) heat wrapped airbox
4) water-wetter/water mix for fluid

Do you 636 guru's think this should be sufficient? or would a 05-06 or zx10 radiator still be needed to keep the heat under control?

has anyone bypassed the coolant hoses to the throttle bodies on f4i?
Posted by: richd3000 - 11-15-2013, 11:52 AM - Forum: Help and How To - Replies (3)

Has anyone tried just caping off where the lines come off the thermostate housing and do away with the lines going to the fast idle wax unit in the tb? Will this cause it to idle high all the time or idle normal all the time? I wouldn't mind if it just didn't idle fast when cold.

Scooped up a a wrecked 09 with intentions to build a new stunt bike over the winter. I've already done a little work on this bike but I'm new to the site so I figured I would make a build thread

led dash upgrades on my avalanche
Posted by: maverickxp - 11-14-2013, 01:08 AM - Forum: Automotive - Replies (7)

So some of my stepper motors stopped working along with a some of the dash lights so i decided to upgrade everything all at once. The steering wheel controls were a hell of a bitch but they turned out good
in the last pic you can see the difference between stock color and led upgrades. going to do them all but its time consuming
