just baught a used motor &quot;in perfect condition&quot; from someone, and the thermostat housing holes are stripped out causing it to leak coolant..<br />

i removed and installed the motor in this bike 3 times already without being able to ride it.. is there any way i would be able to fix this, without having to helicoil it and remove the motor AGAIN? <br />

could i cake threadlock in there? use permetex? anything?<br />

someone give me ideas.. (tried helicoils, but i would have to remove the motor in order to tap the holes..)

ive seen it somewhere before but cant find it. i changed the swingarm on my 03 04 636 to the 05 06. i was recently doing some service to my wheel and set the spacers down next to the 03 04 and i cant remember if the 05 06 spacer on the brake side is the longer or shorter one?<img src="images/legacy/smilies/banghead.gif" border="0" alt="" title="Banghead" class="inlineimg" /><img src="images/legacy/smilies/banghead.gif" border="0" alt="" title="Banghead" class="inlineimg" /> i have a hohey dual caliper 4 piston bracket on it and the longer one makes it a pain in the ass to put the wheel into the swingarm and the shorter one is causing the 4 piston to rub the rotor?!<br />

hey guys and gals. I dont know how much or what every one knows. But i have been going through alot lately. I have kept off the internet and other things so i can hopefully get my life back in order. I ask that everyone juss keep me in there prayers and that I am led down the right path that i need to be. I havent been riding or anything.Have lost over 35 lbs. just really depressed and not knowing what to do. Just trying to find myself and what i need to do with the situations that have been at hand.
