yea i have a 2005 636 with 11000 miles and when i get into higher rpm (like 8-9k) it starts making a weird noise and it doesnt have the top end it did when i bought it. I had the clutch perch adjusted a little tight and think i might have burn the clutches. but from 0-8k rpms in every gear it feels normal. but after that is statrts to sound different and doesnt have much pick up, but the motor sounds strong but all sound no go. does this sound like clutches to anyone else? idk what it is for sure. <br />

I just got done reshimming all of the exhaust valves and one intake valve on my bike along with putting in a new clutch all of them were way to tight but I only had to go down 1-2 sizes on all of them and as soon as I fired it up I heard this its a reallly loud rattling noise that I have never heard before I know that they are known for having loud valve trains but this doesn't sound like a valve issue it sounds like its coming from where the cam chain sits inside the motor I have checked the timing 3 times now and I know it is spot on the cam chain is tight the cam guides are in place I have about 160-180 psi of compression in all 4 cylinders what else can it be?????? I have dropped the oil 2 times now after running it for a minute or two to see if there was metal shavings in the oil but there was nothing and I also checked all the clutch components again and they all appear to be tight and in place. The bike seems to run awesome it fires right up and idles really good its just LOUD as fuck.<br />

I NEED HELP IN THORNTON COLORADO, CRF50 THROTTLE CABLE NEEDED!! I have a customer that ordered a big bar kit, and the pre packaged cables I sell from motion pro did not have a carp cap for the stock carb . My customer has a show tomorrow and just needs that cap to get his bike running. Or a cable for billet throttle, stock carb combo for the CRF 50.
