Hey guys, Since my bike shorted out earier in the week iv had a prob with the idle fluctuating and running really rough, so i pulled the tank off and noticed that the butterflys arent closing. Im guessin this is causing all kinds of problems when im trying to ride.. <br />

I just picked up this bike and instead of piecing it together, I decided to part it out. All parts came off of an 04 r6. The bike got rained on today while I was cleaning out the shop and I live in the country so this is why it is so dirty. Most the parts will be cleaned before there shipped. I am very busy this week and will be out of town. So I just made a quick list of the parts for sale. I will hopefully have my asking price later next week. <br />

been doing serious r&amp;d on the frames and rubber damping cages for little over a year now..and learned alot.<br />
<br />
here's what weve come up with from the r&amp;d of all our older stuff.<br />
<br />
our new frame/cage system uses the same rubber damping tech <span class="highlight">MotoDoc</span> brought to the stunt world last year. but we have learned alot and are improving a already great system. we have built into the <span class="highlight">frame</span> the lower mounts for the cage and linked it to the main <span class="highlight">frame</span> in two places to add strenth to the cage and stiffn the already more ridged chromoly <span class="highlight">frame</span>.<br />
we added a non rubber mounted mount to the rear of the cage to limit movement in hard hits. these swingarm mounts are compleatly new aswell (see pics below}pieces are machined to locate into the allen adjuster and nut of the swingarm pivot bolt thus taking all the load off the thru bolt and putting all the load into a much stronger area the swingarm bolt.<br />
<br />
the motor mount bolt on this system does not double as a cage bolt. so no more bent motor mount bolts...<br />
<br />
you can also run these soild by removing the dampers and installing soild 1 in spacers!!<br />
<br />

made a new undertail for my wr250x this year from a brand new scorpion pipe for an 03/04 600rr. i cut it about 4 inches short to make it fit tightly under my tail, didn't realize the thing was going to be rediculously loud. i gotta find someway to quiet it down some before i get a ton of tickets this year as it is my daily driver to and from work and its usually screamin the whole way cuz its geared. any ideas? <br />

i was thinkin about taking a quiet core insert and somehow finding a way to mount it on the inside of my spout coming out of my pipe. i dont wanna restrict the shit out of it but its just wayyy to loud.
