(Vid) 05/06 636 Throttle butterflys not closing..

Hey guys, Since my bike shorted out earier in the week iv had a prob with the idle fluctuating and running really rough, so i pulled the tank off and noticed that the butterflys arent closing. Im guessin this is causing all kinds of problems when im trying to ride..

Any idea's what it could be? or what i could test for?
