My 06 6tree6 build
Posted by: PETe P - 08-12-2012, 11:58 AM - Forum: Projects and Builds - Replies (11)

Well i picked up a 636 a couple years ago and, well it was in terrible shape, the day i brought her home she was stripped down and gone over pretty much everything except swingarm, frame, motor and forks were good. So she went through her first build just so she could be stunt worthy, then it went to her current style. enjoy!

 Ticking time bomb?
Posted by: 762SPR - 08-12-2012, 07:44 AM - Forum: 50 stunts - Replies (5)

Ever since I put the 88 kit on my little bike, it has had a tick when it is running. I have checked, checked, and re-checked the valve clearances and they are good (unless the spec changes with the different cam in there... what is the proper clearance for the TB cam?) But every time I run it, the ticking bothers me because I don't know what's causing it! Today I thought it might be the cam chain, but don't these motors have auto tensioners?

Any ideas what it could be?

 RCS clutch
Posted by: hooter steve - 08-11-2012, 05:36 PM - Forum: Feedback - Replies (5)

well i had a mishap and trashed my lever. i knew rsc had a life time warrenty but i had my doubts. most companies say they have one but you have to bend over back words to get them to fix a problem. rsc is not one of those companies. i had absoultly no problems with rsc. sent a few e-mails and got my new lever. fast too i was woried it would take weeks but only took few days once i sent my info. some say the price is high but the product and customer service is well worth it.thanks righteousone
