I found this Z1000 2008 that they are parting out.<br />

So the previous owner of my bike tried to buff the headlight w/ sand paper and it was no where near fine enough, how about 1/3rd of my headlight is dull and rough. Any recommendations on a fix, either wet sand w/ what grit to try and bring it back to clear or thought about cutting the lense off and mounting some fog lights int he housing so I can get a FF setup complete. <br />

Bike has to go to inspection for a bonded title and we the 1st annual ride down here so Id like to get it cleaned up. any input is appreciated<br />

When installing a hand brake, do most people eliminate the blinker controls or just move them?<br />

this is for my 07 gsxr

Clean ca. title and the neck. Frame cracked at motor mounts so I used it for half frame.

I have changed the spark plugs synced the throttle bodies i was running cheap gas in it for a bit but havent the past few fill ups and now put heet in it everything i have done has made it run better but still not like it should

i have a mint magura 13mm with two levers 1 full 1 with just the ball cut off. looking to trade for a mint brembo 16x18 or just sell it out right. Looking more for the trade but doesnt matter.

What length front brake lines should I get? I have the stock 929 brake lines &amp; they are to short. <br />

I heard that its best to run 929 throttle cables with this setup because they are longer &amp; keep from binding?<br />

Anybody running the Stunter X Resis with Adjustable Clipons? I noticed i might need to run a longer tygon hose if I want to run these at the height Im wanting to run them?<br />

Im thinking of buying a 1000rr kill switch &amp; I bought one of those universal throttle tubes from cycle gear, it looks similar to the 1000rr throttle assembly. Does the 1000rr kill switch plug right up to f4i?

Title says it. The bolts that were with my new sick cage stripped the f outa my engine mounts. Not blaming sick, just need it fixed. They seemed to go in smooth, didn't tighten much, then they just spin, and on closer inspection are definitely stripped. I've never used helicos or taps, but now I need to learn. Do I need to drop the engine to tap or helicoil or timesert this thing? Both side of the bike r stripped (I know I know, flame me). Can I fix it without dropping the engine, and what parts should I get tomorrow at... Autozone, lowes, napa? Help me out!
