03-06 636 build

So starting my build thread to make the switch from my 06 to an 03-04, traded my dirt bike for a clean title 9000 mile 636 wreck swapped the front end and swing arm and wheels from my 06 on it to it had it all put together just to find out the frame was bent... Mind you this was a "straight" frame that I got with the trade, so ordered a StunterX half frame and sent the swing arm subframe Ndc dcb and rear sprocket into powder coat

Ok so I got bored this morning and decided to clean up the 05-06 upper triple eliminating the key hole and to try and avoid buying a new clean looking one

Had to chop the frame up to free the motor, both forks were trash they split when I took the calipers off horn was crushed into the radiator it's a miracle it doesn't leak, t body motor was snapped off the rack other than that not bad for a trade on a 2003 crf450 fresh motor with a spare motor...

you could easily tell that frame was bent to shit, not sure what youd be thinkin to think that was straight. like the progress build tho.
