Hey guys so I finally went and picked up my bike from storage in North Jersey and brought it down to Central Jerz. The bike is a 97 ZX6r and unfortunately the hibernation got to it and now it won't start!!

I was wondering if any of you are local to me who would want to do the work to ready my bike for the season, as I don't have a garage to work out of.
(parents don't know about the bike)
Needs basic de-winterizing, need to find out why it is turning over but not starting, and needs the clutch done.
Any help is mucho appreciato

Im thinking the culprit is one of the listed below
-Fuel line clogged
-Spark plugs not in good contact
-Spark plugs fouled or wet
-Incorrect Spark plug gap
-Incorrect valve clearance
although idk how any of those could happen during storage with the exception of maybe the fuel line...

I would start by draining the carbs and fuel, Gas nowadays doesnt hold up as it used to, the ethenol is the fuel eats everything up. So odds your carbs are going to be in need of a cleaning.
