Could be a variety of things, just need to start checking fuses, wires, connectors, check the gauges for the engine light, as well as running the diagnotics mode to see if anything is not functioning properly.

2 of my buddies, both with r6's crashed their bikes and both wouldnt start after....BOTH had the exact same issue, fuel pump inside the tank broke apart. apparently its a weak spot on the r6....check that out for sure!

+1 do a google search for the r6s service manual and use the diagnostis mode to check everything. you can prime the fuel pump, check its function, fire each individual coil as well as sparkplug, etc

take the main gas line off the fuel pump.......if it leaks out it means the fuel pump is blown apart and just needs put back together.....
could be a bunk ecu.....if its not the pump its something stupid in the harness. my 05s had this same problem and it ended up being a rear switch relay. also check nuetral switch, kickstand, and clutch.

Are you still using the key switch? There is a resistor in it that drops battery voltage down to a 5vdc supply for the ecu. With out that you wont get injector pulse, or spark, and I may be wrong but I believe you get no pump aswell.
