how can you tell if that is rattling on the 05-06 636 and how hard is it to tighten?
something is rattling and its not my cage tightened that a million times but not the issue. its around 4-7k revs it rattles like a washer is loose on a bolt. looked and listened but cant find it. the noise comes from the front sounds like ner the triple if your sitting on the bike.

Ive got a video of ape installing a tensioner on an R1 on my site, the kawi isnt accessable like the r1 on the side though, youll have to go at it from the top.

What kind of cage do you have? If its a sick with aluminum sliders, its the sliders.
