Yes that will be a serious pain in the ass to weld, because the foam will contaminate the weld...

ya, that probably would suck. were find out i guess
maybe if i wouldnt of been a cheap fuc and got reinforcements welded on first then it wouldnt bee so bad.

Trust me I had a swingarm that needed welding done to it, and my welder had a hell of a time trying to weld it because it was filled with foam like yours...The foam kept melting and contaminating the welds. Didnt want to penetrate and was just making a mess.
Some swingarms come filled with something similar and others have rubber injected into them...

Its non-flammable, wont burn. May melt. This aint "Right Stuff Foam" from Home Depot.

Ill hit a piece of foam with a torch in a mintue and see if it Burns,melts or what to assume what will happen

Ya just like a 1000rr swingarm, your absolutely right. Maybe this willjust be a good idea for street bikes

They do this is Uni-body drift cars and have had good results

I think it could be a good idea in terms of adding strength to your frame, you just have to test it out and see...Its not good for welding thou, if you ever have to do any.

eh..dont know how much strength FOAM is going to add..fill'er up with some liquid steel,jb weld type shit..would add a lot of weight but im sure it would have less flex
