I had a 240 with an RB in it and it was banana's... Friend of mine that does nissan and skyline stuff always has them around. I havent been in one of the new skylines but the GTS was awesome. I didnt get to drive an R33 or R34 but i got a ride in them. Both were awesome.

03-04 cobra with bolt on twin turbo kit and u can get 800+hp on pump gas.

Only thing on that bolt on kit, is if the engine isnt built up the piston rings wont last long and you have to run low boost I dont no turbo kit is actual bolt on you to have to mod alot of other things. valvetrain, bottom end etc.

^ 03 04 svt came with a supercharger. Has forged pistons. Do some research. Its called the terminator motor.
100000 other cars that can put a stomp on a viper. Viper makes tons of torque/hp, but they are hard to get them to plant right. tons of 1000+ hp vipers not many running sub-10s in the 1/4

i would get something and tune it man personally i have a buddy who has an 04 evo and it fun 797 off pump gas and around 850 on e85 tuned by some place in chicago

A bone stock block on a 03-04 Cobra can hadle over 700 whp and be daily driven. Those cars are so sick. If I had the cash, that's what I would get. Around $2000 in mods get you over 500 whp, gotta love it.

STi or a Z06 Corvette. I was into Vipers when i was younger and then realized the Corvette was cheaper and better. 03, 04 Cobra would be gangster but to find a used one that isnt beat on would be tough. Some guy was selling one here for $45,000 with under 1,000 original miles. Dude bought it to look at i guess.
