Get a socket that fits into the end of the pipe and weld it in..Makes it alot quieter

Yes, the tighter you make it when wrapping it the quieter itll be. Cover your arms in baby powder when working with it first. itll fill your pours with powder so the itchy shit doesnt get in your skin as bad. same with fiberglass work.

Sure, if you can pull the baffle out put it behind the baffle and it should help.

sweet ima do this this weekendd. do the aftermarket pipes even make that big a differnce im lookin to get a race head tagd on my 50 in the near furture and was told itd b pointles witout a aftermarket pipe is it worth the eextra bread

I have the trail bikes 88cc kit with the race head and a stock pipe. It still has a ton of power with the stock pipe. I tried an FMF 4.1 and the the power gains were not worth the noise. Loud pipes just get the cops called and piss people off.
