its a shitty situation. But everyone knows the price of drinking and driving and some do it anyways. Sucks but ultimately it was his decision to drive.

Apparently is better to kill someone in the US while drunk than sober cuz you'll get less time.

I hate to tell you but circumstances matter a lot
the reason stallworth got the 30 days was mainly for the DUI.. not for unintentional manslaughter of someone who ran out in front of him
if he was sober he wouldnt have gotten anything
fleeing the scene, fighting with cop, all that shit = harsher penalties
