you guys are a bunch of straight fuckin idiots.....with one exception Chris is correct but there are better methods......seriously you guys call your self pot heads?!?!?! Anyways I digress......Cross is correct if you drink a ton of water the day of it will flush your system and you'll piss like 6 times that day, by the time they tap that stream it's nothing but poland springs........A guarenteed method is to go to GNC and tell the dude at the counter what's up, he gets it a lot, he will direct you to a product that tastes like crap and has specific directions but is actually 100% guarenteed.....

There's a newer version that's like two 20 oz. bottles or something, but if you piss water they may retest you that's the only issue with the water method......go to GNC talk to them, they'll hook you up!!
