whats up, can police write tickets for stuntin if you have permission slips and liability waivers signed by the owner of the property?? and it is private property, but it is visable from one of the main roads in town, but back off the road a bit. just wondering if my waiver can get me out of tickets since its private property.

it really depends on where u live. it would help to block off the lot with cones or cars or whatever u have....and be polite to the piggies....i know it's a bitch but this might save hassle in the future

depends on the ticket...there are two tickets i know of that cops can give anyone anywhere...reckless driving/endangerment and DUI/DWI.....i had this problem already, the only thing the permission does is let you be there, so they cant give you a trespassing ticket or vandalism unless the owner requests.....if you have a good lawyer and permission i would fight that anyway but as far as the law goes thats the truth

The papers may get you out of it, but it needs to be a secured parking lot otherwise you can still get screwed over.. meaning there needs to be cones or something along those lines to block off traffic from coming through.

if they write you a wreckless ridind ticket, and THEY CAN, then you have to be able to prove that you werent ridin in a wreckless manor.
like Merk said, if you have a good lawyer then theres no worries. EXAMPLE, Jason Britton and Evil got wreckless tickets while doing a street session for that TV show Britton does. Theyre lawyer got it thrown out cuz they proved they were "Professional Stunt Riders" and had complete control of their bikes
