I have a 06 GMC Sierra 1500 and looking to get a lift kit. I was thinking 3' but seeing 6' in pics makes me want 6'. Im doing some research and trying to spend 1000 or less on it. Does any1 on here have any experience on lift kits and what brand I should be looking for. All im seeing is like 1700-2000 which is way to expensive for me to spend now

Check out rough country. Inexpensive and has a lifetime warranty. We install a ton of rough country kits. A 6" for a gmc Sierra 1500 4x4 is $999.00. Give us a call when you get a chance 205-685-1911 and I will see about getting a kit shipped out to you. My name is Keith. If I'm not there when you call just leave a message

Ok cool my business starts picking up in October so I should be able to buy 1 at the beginning of November. I don't have a 4x4 though, I have a 2005 GMC Sierra 1500 Sle extended cab. I don't know if I want to do a 6" either only because If I do a 6" Ill have to get new wheels and tires which is a can of worms im not ready to open yet $ wise and It would def fuck up my Mpg and I do a lot of driving! I love the look of a 6" but I think it would look really stupid with the same stock Sierra wheels and Bridgestone Dueler A/T RH-S - P265/70R17. But we'll see how much money I can rack up maybe its an option.

Ya rough country looks like the best shit from the forums Ive read. Do you also sell Train Horn Kits by any chance? Currently Im setting up a CB Radio and PA system in my truck because that's not expensive at all but after that I want the Train Horn and then the Lift kit. Im not looking to go cheap with anything which is why I have to save a little bit before buying

Dont get little rinky dink (micky mouse) train horns, try to find some Used Nathan 5 chimes ... My brother has them and they're legit train horns lol
