Well i've ridden friend's 50's and always wanted one for the wheelie poppin' panty droppin' but never owned one. Got a good deal on this guy and i'm pumped to start building it up. I can already tell this thing is going to drop panties hardcore.

I guess there was a street ride lastnight but missed the text about it because I was riding and working on this thing all day lol. I'm sure there will be more though and plenty of lot sesh's. Def gotta ride together this summer, want to see that minty new 636 in action too!

Did some work last night, got the airbox out and a nice k&n type air filter in. Some short(ish) bmx pegs and home made handbrake setup. Bmx lever, bmx line, another bmx lever with the lever chopped of for swing arm mount, locks up back tire on a dime and didn't lose footbrake function. Total cost....$30 for pegs AND handbrake setup. Lovin' this thing!
Black plastics, bar riser, and street tires all on their way. Pics to come. .

Congrats on the 50! LMK if you want to sell your stock exhaust insert or the whole exhaust.
You need to put some grip tape or cuts into those BMX pegs. If you use grip tape make sure you clean the pegs with brakekleen or alcohol first.

Haha funny you mention that, took the 3 bolts out of the exhaust insert spark arrester thing and couldn't get it out, flathead screw drivers, hammer, and still couldn't get the bastard out so I said fuck it just left it in.
Whole exhaust system had some surface rust in some spots so I disconnected it from the engine and gave it a few coats of super high temp flat black, looks much better now. If I choose to get an aftermarket one I'll let ya know.

Took it out for the first time today. Practicing right and left circles with my foot as sort of a guide/balance. Here's a quick vid.

try both feet on the back pegs
 took me a week going from not being able to wheelie the thing,to doing podium circles and combos fiddys are the shit!

Made some progress with parts and riding. Got a few circles without touching the foot down. 2nd gear sitdowns clicked and can ride them for days now with little combos. Cleaned the carb and jets real good, new spark plug, oil changed to full synthetic, painted the wheels and a few other pieces, got my street tire on there (so smooth now!), got my 50stunt bar riser on, grip taped stunt pegs, new air filter (old one just didn't fit right).
Black plastics and HTMoto seat cover on the way! More video coming soon. Here are a few pics... .
