Ah... That's what I thought you were meaning, I've never had that much trouble getting air out of the system I guess, but good to know...

I put fluid inside the overflow......thought your suppose to put some in there

and if I sit still with the fans running it'll go to 240 or you talking about dropping the idle down to 1,500 rpm

Yes you are supposed to have fluid in there but I was asking if it was overflowing. Is it spitting coolant out of the overflow bottle on to the ground?

The little hose closest to the cap should go to the bottom of the overflow bottle. Coolant goes back and forth from the overflow bottle and the radiator.
Coolant expands when it gets hot so it needs a place to go, the overflow bottle is that place.

I assume you have checked the coolant level since you last rode the bike?
