I took the gas tank off and fuel pump completely out, did clean air mod and 2nd idle mod, put it all back together, topped it off with fuel and won't turn over. I tried with and without the 2 clean air sensor wires tapped together. Any ideas?

if the fuel pump is priming, and its turning over. Im not sure. Check your fuel lines and make sure none of them are pinched or kinked. Then I would sudjest checking your spark. The clean air mod should not have effected the bike not starting.

throttle wide open, neutral of course, crank it till it sputters a touch then close throttle to like 25% open and she should fire... or you got a spark issue... or so it would seem...

Tried wide open to 25%, nothing. If it were getting proper fuel wouldnt I have fuel coming out of the overflow hose? Cuz I have nothing. When I put fuel pump back in I installed it so the hoses were facing toward the front of the bike, would it matter if it were backwards?
