So an idea that ive been floating around for a few years now and before i actually start pursuing it with investors i wanted to get some feedback and thoughts. My thoughts are to open an indoor outdoor compound in the Northeast welcoming riders from all over. I am trying to locate a good size warehouse for riding year round with a large outdoor lot for summer, do a small bike shop with a parts department that could stock all stunt parts as well as quick fix parts (nuts/bolts, zipties, various hardware etc). My only concern would be the money, obviously no one wants to pay an arm and a leg to ride at a lot when they have one locally that they could ride at for free. So clearly money would be better come winter, finding ways to earn profit aside from riding would bring the price of a day down quite a bit....just floating with the idea...any comments? Who thinks they would attend something like this?

This ideas been kicked around so many times on here and stuntlife. Price is always the big thing and size of riding area. You will also need riders other then stunters maybe set up mini Supermoto races.

My thoughts are if i can incorporate a working parts center AND a motorcycle repair shop into this and can get the name out, after short time i could make enough to keep the doors open without the need for riders. Gonna take alot tho, good input

i thought bout this too. only thing is the sport is not big enough in one area to get enough business. its 10x easier just to go to a local lot. hopefully the sport will grow like other extreme sports one day enough were you can make enough money to keep a place like this running

The problem is insurance. If you dont own the property and are just renting it property insurance is going to be a huge issue .
Other then that its a pretty cool idea.
