It's a steel frame so there is no title. It's considered a custom build so you can take the paperwork down and get it inspected. Then you can get it titled. Check with your state to see what you would have to put on the bike (signals headlight horn etc)

does this have any full farings that can be put on..? and why is half the frame steel ?
