"stuntride" is now an officially registered trademark with the United States Patent and Trademark office!
In 8-12 weeks I will have the certificate and all documentation in hand and at that point, I can proceed with all business concerning stuntride

Congrats Thomas and Stuntride.com Doin big things in all these years.
What this means is that Thomas can now produce anything with the stuntride name and logo from here on out without worries or threats from legal departments about commercially using "Stunt Ride." Magazine, shirts, stickers, he can all officially make and market as a corporation or business. Atleast from my understandings anyways.

now if you tell somebody that you are a stunt rider, or even say "stunt ride" in any context you owe Thomas $45. Companies like Viagra, Ciales & dirtypanties.com will now go on with small ad spots in the back of the issues.

pretty much yeah.. and if someone owned something "stuntride" I could legally gain all rights to it
