EDIT: Maybe check your Coolant temp sensor also?
Very easy to start, no matter how many times it dies.

What I was thinking too.....this is such a drastic problem it leads me to believe something serious is out of whack.

Seems like it has to be spark or fuel...
any timing issues would cause it to not want to start...
you changed airboxs? can't remember if the 03/04 has the secondary injectors there..

- 3 different throttle bodies, and 3 different sets of TB sensors.
- throttle body seats (connecting pieces between TB and head)
- Spark plugs
- Coils
- Valve cover (trying anything!)
- Wiring harness
- Battery
- ECU
- Stator
- Went through all grounds confirming good connection.
- airbox
- 2 different exhaust cans (one stock)
- cam chain tensioners (stock and manual)
- fuel pumps
- cam position sensor
Thoughts?
I asked him about this yesterday as I had clogged airbox injectors in my 05... he had checked and swapped that with no luck also...

I'm still leaning towards a vacuum or Throttle Position Sensor problem.....even though I've tried 3 sets!
Perhaps I will sneak over to Rowdy's and pirate some parts off his bike!!

Yea I would think TPS too. Or maybe something got snaged on the subharness the connects the TPS to the main harness or a short in the main harness?

Also logical...but I've tried a different harness and sub-harness.

Do you still have any of the remains of the kill switch hanging out? Had a buddies bike do something similar and thought it was TPS and we checked everything even the FPR and turned out it was a short in the line for the kill switch.

Uh-uh man, hope you get it sorted out soon though.
