I'm so damn sick of the media calling us racist because we don't believe in his socialistic policies, but at the same time, it is HONORABLE for Mr Jackson to vote for a person because of his color of his skin, not content of his character. Samuel Jackson, you are a disgrace to your race and to the legacy of Martin Luther King Jr and everyone else who faught for equality!!

neither am I, but it's just fucked that if I voted for someone because the other guy was black, I'd be a racist. I vote on policies, voting record and agenda, NOT the fucking color of someones skin. This idiot should have his voting rights revoked.

A lot of people voted for him because of that. I'm not defending that, but, a lot of the reason behind it was the simple fact that most people were voting for the significance of a minority finally holding the Presidential office. To a lot of people, the existence of a "two party system" isn't true anymore and the candidates are all the same (look at the current group), regardless of political affiliation.

Also, I know A LOT of people that voted against him for the simple fact that he was black and will "proudly" say so. But, I do live in Arkansas.
