thanks for posting that it was interesting, apparently some countries are realizing its beneficial to trade with each other regardless of what the US says and i say more power to them. if i was russia, turkey, india or china i would trade with iran for goods.

very well said, i think its kind of ironic that ron paul predicted this as well. the collapse of the dollar is huge because our dollar is treated as the reserve currency of the world, the impact of its failure has global effects.
As for this topic, I have some silver and I am about to buy gold. Not to make a profit, but to have just in case shit hits the fan. It's the only precious metal I don't own. I have plenty of Brass, copper and lead in various "denominations" for the zombies, need the silver for local transactions and gold for back up.
