So i just bought a 03 636 I've always been on Gsxr's. But everytime i wheelie i hear a cracking noise that sounds like my chain is skipping a tooth but that's not possible because i just got a new chain and sprocket. I've heard that you have to cut the gears in order to fix this problem but im not sure. Does anyone have any tips or suggestions for me. Im totally lost

Pulling the gears out of the transmission and back cutting the the contact areas so the gears lock in better to prevent "slipping out", because no one likes it when that happens
