if you have a good clutch cable, lubed up well and run it the right way you need nothing.

But thanx for all info Ethio i'll be doing that mod soon! I saw soemone did it by drilling holes and then just bolting an extension arm on. Though that was kinda better so if its too long or shirt its easy to change. Whats your thoughts on that?
forgot about the drill and bolt one, thats fine, i did it once but it was to much throw with the extention and my moose perch.

I think it looks ok. Way easier on and off than the split seat tail. I got the fairings for cheap on craigs list so... that's why.
