Ok my front wheel is rubbing my throttle side fork tube so I pulled them apart and holding the fork legs next to each other one was definitely longer (the spring) so I pulled everything apart put in the delrin bushings and unscrewed the spring ends and than springs were same length side by side. Put it all back together and they were same length. Reason why fork tube was twisted is because they had top spring deal tab180 from where it was supposed to be. I put it all back together and tubes measured same length. Bolted axle in with wheel than it did same thing tire rubs throttle side rubber dust cover. Wtf is going on

Slightly bent fork legs could be your issue

Maybe you need to change wheel bearings

hub could be warped/ bent on wheel

spring could be worn out

should check the spring rate

Just the stuff off the top of my head GL

Ok wouldn't think legs bent this thing is so mint looks like its never been ridden. Sri g rate could be diff but weight isn't on it.I have it on a stand and it's still wrong. I just have the one stock spacer and the drum in the other side. Wouldn't think its spacing because the whole tire isn't moved over just cocked at an angle
