2 IB's (Advil) and coffee. Lots of water and exercise helps too. jogging or bicycle riding. It burns it out of you. Its torture but works! Then eat a big meal.

after i passout i usually wake up n a few hours get up for the late night "puke and piss" sesh and when i do u usually take 2-3 IB's and a big glass of water then go pass out again.then i wake up 100% but if i dont do that im fuckd
