bike repo question

toss new frame on it, call back that chick and freak out saying "u fucking repo'd my damn bike after u said i had a week to get money!!!" then it would be out of ur hands because then they would have to find out what the collections did with the "repo'd" bike, now bank would be on collector's ass and not urs

Dude man up and pay your bills, they would rather collect from you then repo it. Call and talk with a manager and get that shit taken care of. If you can't afford it, hand it over to them. I did repo's for a few years and I know how the banks work. Once they have possesion of it there is no dealing. Pay in full or nothing. Right now you have the upper hand to work something out. Pay them what you can but make sure you get the deal in writing.

Here's an idea. How about you get a 2nd part time job and make things right with the bank?
 How would you feel if you were the bank and a guy was making payments to you?
