notched is no good, i wanted to 'notch' the 2 pieces last minute hoping a larger weld would add rigidty (?, sounds like a word right). the guy said great idea but ultimately no because the 'notch' will have tiny cuts in it which can later cause cracks.
also, wat metal did u use? i wss tossing around a 929 caliper adapter to bolt onto the oem caliper bracket out of steel from home depot, i didnt wanna offer it til i tested n beefed it up, another guy had the same idea, sold for $100 each n people started complaining about bends. i optedfor a slab of cold rolled aluminum , bout $20 more but much stronger

hmmm idk adout that but mine is built and i guess we will see how it holds up, i built it out if steel so im pretty sure it will be fine.... but im not tryin to sell it to other ppl , so i guess its ok if i only risk my own life....hahahah

lol for sure!!! im confident its good or i would not risk it!!! on a side note..i just ordered some sick side mount clipons...cant wait to try em, been wanting to ever since they came out!!!!

Ya Ill take it. The kick state d I have has no springs and the seat I have needs to be rewrapped but I haven't decided if I'm gonna get rid of it
