you have waaaay too much faith in corporations....the elimination of corporate donations, lobbying, or any policy incetivization, would cure corruption

every read the CU v. FEC decision??? of course not... its a recent case the gop brought to the supreme court that did away with lobbying and PACs by eliminating the need for them to be secretive in the first place....such large donations outside of the church (ironic huh?) werent done before Vanderbilt's (corporate) time....

ah detroit.........the utopia we all strive for......the epitome of corporate employed prosperity

See now, you did. It's pretty obvious I'm not "wacky", but instead I'm a proud, INFORMED, American who you can't work over with your bullshit. And I'm not afraid to debate hot issues that you obviously know very little about. That's what pissed you off. This "bitch" didn't jump anything, and instead pointed out that your hero here is a known socialist and that redistribution of wealth is a core socialist idea. Then you bounced back with "what's wrong with that??!" So that's you "not talking about" socialism?

Call me a bitch all you want, cause it's true. Especially when people like you want to further tear apart the fabric of our nation, by promoting socialist ideas.

Now go cry about your shitty life in the postwhore thread, or better yet, go borrow some more government money that you are betting you "won't have to pay back for long", to go to school at the ripe ol' age of 40 something, because you're not being paid inflated union wages anymore and you have no real talent. Speaking of, I wonder if you sang this same tune while you were taking those union wages?

Don't go making sense now, B-Dub! It's obviously not received well by these ignorant commies.

Damn h2 has the right. Idea. Capitalism forces innovation with high reward. Thats why we grew so quickly. You are crazy if you think redistribution of wealth to someone who didn't earn it is still going to cultivate new innovative products and ideas.

Exactly. What it will do is eventually give government supreme control of our market.

Since I know you're reading these, but won't admit it: I've already offered that solution. Get the fucking government out of our market. Don't let them decided who the winners and losers are by using our tax dollars to save them. Let consumers decide which corporations are successful based on their ability to produce the best product, at the best price.
