Its a lots different now. No sides, stock tail with seat (tailsaver was too small for my giant feet), adjustable clipons. You'll see soon. The foot plate is one of the sick innovations ones and its awesome. I actually run just there base part of it now and love it.

Gonna do the whole shabang, sync, cleaning the intake, new plugs, fresh oil, fresh coolant, everything that needs to be done.
That bike looks nice. Am gonna go with race rear fairing also. How is your footplate mounted and holds up? I was thinking of making like a box looking thing and reinforce it to subframe. But is that a bit too much?

Took it apart today. Bracing tomorrow, then working alot so no time to do much. Is 5mm al. plates thich enough for bracing? For motor mounts i have 1cm thick ones also. I might get them for that.

if you can do the reinforcement yourself.. if you need to pay for it.. than save some mony for a (half) steel frame.. ive seen a few reinforced kawa frames that still cracked.. i know that there a 3000 opinions about that, but i would choose steel.. ask $13 for more info.. good price, great service!
