Idk, ive always thought of trying to get some land and have it paved and what not and try to keep it going by charging a small fee to stunt or something, but I figured with liability and trying to find a location while avoiding noise complaints would be a bitch....idk.

to make back your investment you would def have to make it a multi purpose complex... but that wouldn't be so bad. Car shows, bike shows, drifting, stunting, etc

Ya thats what im worried about, but def something to think about. Would have to set up barriers and shit for drifts and what not I suppose, but ya, think thats a for sure good idea. But how do you get around noise complaints?

we totally jacked this thread sorry guys...

I know if your property is zoned for industrial use you can make as much noise as you want 24/7... prolly just have to be registered as a motorsports complex or something

Not trying to argue, just questioning. I agree though, I wish theyd make some stunt spots......

and because of people like that is why we cant get legit spots to ride. had some kid do that shit here and ruined being able to ride a huge lot. he was learning to ride on his buddies bike, got ballsy and gassed it hard then paniced and wiped even harder then tried to sue the owner of the lot for his own stupidity. now noone can ride it cause of the liability issue.

Well see, here in AZ they built a track out west and once it was finished and ridden the neighborhood near by filed noise complaints. Idk all the details but they never got to use the track
