I\'m only in community college here for hvac. Taking academic classes w it, and will grad w a associates degree in occupational education. Nothing glamorous, but coulda went for teaching or nursing or anything, but criminal background kinda narrowed my choices. Just saying man, the military is really cool, utmost support for those serving, just make sure its for you. \r\n \r\n | \r\n

Not all felonies will stop you from joining it depends on the charge but definitely any assault with injury dometic abuse or weapons and most felony drug charges on Adult. Record will DQ you. They just try n scare you when they say they find everything your juvy record is sealed. Unless you go for a job with TS clearance or sensitive then they\'ll find everything. Just get in and change MOS after your first term if you want\r\n

I love the army and been in for 7 yrs. Would\'ve been longer but got out for a while but was miserable and re joined. AF is the better choice though unless they don\'t have anything interesting to you. That is key. Everything is what you make it so with that said make sure you pick a MOS that. You really wanna do and will be happy with.\r\n

\r\n \r\n USMC been in for 8yrs. should of been 9 but got out for a year. then came back in. couldnt find a steady job that was paying me the same. military is good for anyone. every branch has its ups and downs. its all how you adjust to them. just get an easy job where you can get out of work at a normal time and go ride. i work from 730 to 1630 (430). go ride around 6. but i would recommend it for anyone though. i see my friends back home and some of them are just doing bartending jobs and waitress. some of them really dont have much but they do enjoy life. so you just gotta think what you wanna do. and its only 4 years. it goes by quick. retire after 20 and still have time in your life to ride. i plan on still riding when i retire in 12yrs. but its a big choice but thats what makes it exciting. and plus you get to travel the usa and ride with different people.\r\n
