Put a screw thru the throttle tube and clipon.
Or drill a hole thru the tube and clipon and put a pin thru it. But you have to drill the hole while riding, cause you need the hole to be in the right place for right speed. Thats how Bill D does nohanded million miles per hour wheelies.

I just took the return springs out of my throttle bodies so the throttle sticks wherever I put it.

Isnt the easiest way to have "cruise control" is just crank your idle up?...
