what are the chances of me getting compensated for time off and travel? the court is 150 miles away
this whole situation has traumatized me and i now have back nightmares and neck pains

lmao unfortunately if you had made the claim day of...you would have been set. but its a little late for neck pains
if you can prove that you took time off for any of this..."IF" the company wins they should request that be compensated for. first things first i would worry about getting in touch with you old boss and covering your own ass
