Up here in ID, you need to have the motor vehicle inspector check out the bike once it's built. You also need to show receipts for parts you bought as well as the title if there is a donor bike. I'll be going through this in the next week or two for the frame I'm building... we'll see how it goes. I'm pretty sure I need to bring it up to full street legal spec for the inspection as well with lights and mirrors and all that.

I know kruss had a sticky but thats is for cali not going to be the same for tx
