i think johnny p said there was a 2mm difference and he is usually pretty accurate when it comes to thing like this so i would have to agree with inolen but i have no help to offer when it comes to the cushdrives except i would think it would be easy enough to measure with a tape measure , just stick the tape measure through the bearing hole and measure up from the ground to the top surface then flip it over and do the same ..

the wheels are the same as far as I know but there's a 2mm difference in the brake side spacer from the 05/06 to the 07/08

yup 07/08 is 2mm wider then 05/06 why kawi did that who knows

this is true the 07 is also longer i had one on my 03 and now i put an 06 swing arm on and had to take 3 links out of my chain cuz it was shorter And had to use use 06 spacers

No, the wheels are not the same. The reason they changed the spacer size is because the wheel size changed.

The rim is, on the brake side, seemingly 2mm longer. The cush drive assembly is different on the 03-06 and 07/08, just look at the parts #s, but I'm not sure if they are different widths.
