the slack, and then unscrew the adjuster on the lever out to finish it of...

yeah, Fam from stunt farm told me there's supposed to be a nickel size worth of freeplay. the nickel being vertical, not horizontal

Meant to copy wheelies instead of Josh's but Josh's is accurate, turn adjuster in all the way on lever then back out like 2 turns, adjust cable down at engine so it's pulling tight no slack at lever, then adjust lever back in those 2 turns and should give you plenty to adjust the slack for desired. Doing it your way will leave no slack to turn the adjuster out unless you leave some at first at the lever
