Bike Problem - Any Suggestions??

ok, 07 zx6r first start idles up runs good for a minute or so then seems to drop a cylinder.. almost runs like theres water in the tank, but it ran fine the night before, loaded up in the van and went to ride the next day and it ran like shit.. if you rev it up and pick up the cylinder you won't loose it until it idles back down.. Any suggestions?? I ordered a manual cam chain tensioner ( not that i think thats it, its just time ) and plugs.. not sure what else it could be.. bike has 5000 miles on it, changed plugs at 2500
