I will never buy a used OEM pump again. Those Spark plugs a look a little Rich to me I would replace them and recheck the new ones after a few good sessions.
+1 definitley rich. and +1 only way to tell if that pump is runnin rich is check them again. the rich run may have been previous to the pump being installed. if they turn out the same way though, then that pump is definitely runnin hella rich. carbon sucks imo
