So an idea that ive been floating around for a few years now and before i actually start pursuing it with investors i wanted to get some feedback and thoughts. My thoughts are to open an indoor outdoor compound in the Northeast welcoming riders from all over. I am trying to locate a good size…

The problem is insurance. If you dont own the property and are just renting it property insurance is going to be a huge issue .

Other then that its a pretty cool idea.
