I had the same experience, ordered a round bar, wasn't shipped on promised date, nothing the next week, texted him and said he was sick and offered a full refund but I said I would just wait now that I already have for 2 weeks, finally did get it and there was no hardware, had to go down and buy it, only a few dollars worth so no biggie. It is probably just very hard to keep up with everything since I think he does this all by himself. Solid product though. I definitly will be ordering Impakt when I am ready to stunt an R6v in a couple years
