do you want the lever to be firm or soft?
My vote is cbr1000rr, nice feel and locks the tire easily plus it quite cheap.
Or the r1/r6 brembo, cheap and others love it

I run a 16x18 on my 4piston. Works perfect. I can lock the rear with one finger.

and the combo of a Billet Magura and RSC is butter

+1.......I couldn't believe the difference between a cast Magura and the billet. Went from a 13mm cast to a 13mm billet.....the billet is firmer, and I never get that occasional fade I used to get w/ the cast version. Magura 190, 13mm FTW!!

I actually learned idle with a magura 13mm. Then switched to a brembo 16x18.
It's all preference, I know it's prob not the answer your looking for but that's what it is.

my thoughts exactly. went from 1000rr to 13mm and felt big difference. rode with 13mm for about a year and loved it, then just threw on a 16x18 i was going to sell and wont take it off. 16x18 after almost 2 years of riding is just what i need/want in the lot.
my street bike has 13mm ran to 4 piston kawi front caliper and its rock solid.
i wouldnt change either bike at this point, so as phoze stated... its all preference

I ran a 13 cast Magura and it was pretty good but compared to my brembo 16x28 RCS it's just not there for me!
